Falcon Premium Chauffeur provides private chauffeur transfers to and from Dublin Airport for business travellers, families and groups. Your driver meets you inside the terminal, tracks your flight in case it is delayed, and waits up to an hour after you land at no extra cost.

Book ahead and we can have a child seat, a wheelchair accessible vehicle or a pet friendly car ready for your arrival.

Where Your Driver Will Meet You

We meet passengers inside the arrivals area, not at a car park or a kerbside pickup point.

• Terminal 1 — at the Insomnia Coffee
• Terminal 2 — at the yellow sculpture

Your driver will be waiting with your name so you can find them easily after you clear the arrivals gate. If you cannot see your driver, call us and we will direct you.

Delayed Flights and Waiting Time

We check your flight before setting off, so if your arrival time moves, your driver's does too.

You get one hour of free waiting time from the moment your flight lands. That covers passport control, baggage reclaim and the walk to arrivals, which is usually more than enough even on a busy day.

You are not charged for a delay that is outside your control.

Travelling with Children, Pets or a Wheelchair

Child seats can be guaranteed when you book in advance. This costs €30. Tell us the age of your child when you request a quote and we will have the right seat fitted before we collect you. This is worth booking ahead, as airport taxi ranks cannot usually provide a child seat at short notice.

Wi-Fi and charging ports are available in our vehicles.

We also operate wheelchair accessible vehicles. Let us know what you need when booking and we will send a suitable vehicle.

Pets can travel with you. A surcharge applies, so please tell us in advance and we will allocate the right vehicle.

Booking and Cancellation

Request a quote and we will confirm the price and vehicle before you book. We recommend booking in advance, particularly if you need a child seat, a wheelchair accessible vehicle or space for a pet.

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your pickup. After that, the booking is non refundable.
